Devon Kreps and Justin Stange held the grand opening of 7venth Sun Brewing on January 7, 2012. Devon graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Fermentation Science. She brewed at Anheuser-Busch, leaving to become Production Manager at Sweetwater Brewing in Atlanta. Justin brewed at Sweetwater and Cigar City in Tampa. The bartenders are all cicerone certified beer servers offering on-the-spot beer-schooling and tours.
