Mixing innovation and respect for classic cider and mead making traditions, Green Bench Mead & Cider’s goal is to bring an interesting new take on mankind’s oldest alcoholic beverages.

Green Bench has a number of core ciders and meads that are available year-round, in addition to special bottle releases available in the tasting room.

Ciders

Rooftop Cider
We think honey and apples are a great match. Ferment them both together and this is what you get. Citrus-y, floral and crisp.

I Am Brut!
Dry cider that was fermented in our foeder with a blend of our house farmhouse yeast and brettanomyces brux.

Meads

The Northerner
A “cyser” is a mead made with apples. We dropped a couple pounds of Michigan Montmorency cherries in while we were at it. This mead is light, tart, and refreshingly bubbly.
