Rollins Distillery is a small craft distillery located in the the panhandle of Florida.
A quick note when visiting our distillery and tasting room… Rollins Distillery is in Midway Plaza, on the north side of Highway 98 (Gulf Breeze Parkway) across from the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Rollins Distillery is in western part of the back building, which is the building furthest from Highway 98.
